Order Processing Times

Orders are processed through our on-demand print provider 1-2 business days after order is placed. Times may vary depending on high demand schedules such as around the holidays; expect a small delay, but nothing past 5 business days. 

Shipping Times

We ship from warehouses around the United States. Orders should arrive between 3-5 business days after order has been completed by our on-demand manufacturer. 

Shipping Costs

All initial orders are free to you. Dependent on your return request, there may be a small fee to return, exchange or restock.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Returns and/or exchanged are offered for regular-priced merchandise within 30 days of order arrival. Refunds, if given, will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase(s). For all returns/exchanges:

• Items must not be worn, washed or damanged.
• All original tags must be attached.
• You must present an original receipt of purchase.

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns/exchanges. Please email us at mymoodthreads@gmail.com to begin the process of returning or exchanging any item. 

If your item does arrive damaged, or has no arrived at all, please email us at mymoodthreads@gmail.com for assistance. 

If an item is approved for return/exchange, we will work with you and our manufacturer to provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
